This privacy policy applies to the LeewoAI website (https://leewoai.com) and the LeeMate iOS app published by LeewoAI. It explains what data may be processed, why it is processed, how it is retained, and how to contact us about it.

2. Data We Collect or Process

The LeewoAI website primarily provides content browsing and a contact channel. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, message body, and any attachments or metadata contained in the email.

The LeeMate app does not require account registration and does not upload camera, microphone, location, or motion and fitness permission data to our servers. These permissions are used only on-device for the following purposes:

• Camera: to capture a photo for image import and to estimate ambient brightness in the sensor tools section.
• Microphone: to estimate ambient decibel levels.
• Location: to display coordinates, speed, heading, and altitude-related information.
• Motion & Fitness: to support pressure and relative altitude features.
• Photo library write access: to save your edited image to the system photo library.

3. How We Use Data

We process data only for the following purposes:

• To provide access to the website, its content, and contact channels.
• To respond to emails and inbound inquiries that you voluntarily send us.
• To enable on-device image import, image saving, and sensor-related features inside LeeMate.

Sensor readings shown in LeeMate are device-side estimates. They are not a substitute for calibrated professional instruments and must not be used for medical, safety alerting, law enforcement, or other high-risk decisions.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to unrelated third parties unless required by law, necessary to protect legal rights, or explicitly authorized by you. The current LeeMate app does not bundle advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs to collect the protected-resource data described above.

5. Retention and Deletion

Contact information you voluntarily send by email is retained only as needed to respond, follow up, or maintain necessary business records. When it is no longer needed, it will be deleted or no longer retained.

Image edits, saved photos, and permission-based data created by LeeMate remain on your device or in your system photo library by default. You can remove them directly from your device, and you can disable relevant permissions in iOS Settings at any time.

6. Your Choices

• You can withdraw camera, microphone, location, motion & fitness, or photo library access in iOS Settings at any time.
• You can delete emails, images, and local content directly from your device or mailbox.
• If you want to request access to, correction of, or deletion of contact information you provided to us, contact us using the email below.
